‘Efodio’ is the trading name of an internet based service owned and operated by Digital HR Ltd.

At Efodio we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how Wix — our website hosting provider — helps us keep your data safe.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Personal information you provide (such as name, email, phone number) when you fill in forms, subscribe to updates, or contact us.

  • Usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages you visit, and how you interact with our website.

  • Connect you with high quality advice to enable your mortgage needs.

3. Our Website Platform – Hosted by Wix

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides us with the online platform that allows us to present our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix’s secure data storage, databases, and general Wix applications.

Wix maintains industry-leading security and compliance standards, including:

  • Cloud-based hosting on secure servers distributed across multiple data centres.

  • TLS (SSL) encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our website.

  • Encryption at rest for sensitive stored data.

  • Compliance with major standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS, and

    GDPR/CCPA requirements.

4. Sharing Your Information

We provide a service for connecting people in need of a mortgage with qualified and regulated mortgage advisors. This service ensures you are assured of receiving regulated advice whilst bringing pre qualified leads to the mortgage advisors who are restricted from ‘cold’ calling.

We do not share data with any other third-party service providers (e.g. analytics tools, payment processors).

5. Data Security

Alongside Wix’s secure infrastructure, we take additional steps to ensure your data is protected, including restricting access to authorised personnel only and using strong password and authentication controls for our accounts. We use Apple hardware and OS operating systems for our business and this ensures our encrypted devices (desktops/laptops) are also fully encrypted on disk in line with Apple’s security protocols.

If you are located in the UK or EU, we process your personal data in accordance with the UK

GDPR and EU GDPR.
